A Park in Rantoul, Illinois

This is a very pretty little park near our campsite. We are camping on what used to be the Chanute Air Force Base. Ron's Dad worked here for 36 years.

The Fisherman

Among the corn and beans of Illinois, Ron found a place to fish. He claims many victories among the fish, but this is the only picture I have to prove he was fishing.

Yes, that little tiny thing in his hand IS A FISH!!!

Wally World

I really wanted to create something very special today, but all we did was go to Wally World. It is either Wally World or Camping World. My debit card list is 25 receipts from Wally World and a couple of gas stations. What else do we need? Maybe tomorrow Ron will go fishing and we can blog some cool pictures of big fish.

Ron's Mom Celebrates 90 Years

We had a wonderful day on Saturday celebrating Katy's 90th Birthday. She said it was the best day of her life. Mike, Kim, Michele, Mathew and Megan spent the weekend with us and we had such a great time. Mathew and Megan are quick learners, but never quite figured out Papa Z's magic tricks. Michele brought some delicious natural foods and has promised to take me shopping at a natural food store when we are in Rockford, which will be in a couple of weeks. We are taking Ron's Dad, Bill, to the Doctor today for a checkup. They are doing quite well right now. Check out the picture of our Birthday Girl.

Penny learning to use a walker

This is my first lesson in using a walker. Actually, My Father-In-Law is behind me, and my Mother-In-Law is seated. It is her 90th Birthday Party and the blue plaid shirt belongs to the local mortician!!!!!Posted by Picasa
