Say kids, Ron and I just love this area and have purchased this little fixer upper and we would like to know when you are all available to assist. It comes with a black cat and a donkey, but it was such a steal we just couldn't resist. The roof sags a little and the doors and windows went bye bye, but it has such character. For those of you that LOVE yard work, you can see that you will have a great time. We need it done before winter - bring tools.

I am so sorry, but I have yard work to do on my fixer upper in Colorado! And lots of it I might add. Have fun with the donkey:)
