Hail Storm
On January 28th we had a horrible hail storm in Texas. We pulled off the road
behind a truck. We sat in our seats, with seatbelts on waiting for it to pass. It was very very frightening. Buddy hid under our seats. The coach suffered damage, but the weird part was our TV in the front. Water poured in near the TV and if you look carefully at the bottom picture you can see the water line in the TV. Amazingly it is still working. It dried out after about a week and seem to work perfectly. We will see how long it lasts. The coach goes in next week for new air conditioners, vent covers, paint on the front and back and a few other minors repairs. We may be getting a new roof, but that is yet to be decided.
Brooks Brothers Tennis Players
The Brook Brothers treated us quite a show on the tennis courts a shortly after we returned to Florida. Spencer and Ashton are both very good. They won their singles match and their doubles match while we were there. Preston is their cheerleader!
Surprise Landing
A hot air balloon had some mechanical problems and landed about 5 RV's from us on February 8th. It was a beautiful site, early in the morning, but I am betting that some Rvers were a little nervous as it headed for the road near them.
