Some of the regular visitors to our Blog may have noticed that we haven't done much blogging in the last couple of weeks. That is because we were traveling from California to Florida for a surprise Birthday Party for my Daughter-In-Law, Kaye. We arrived about 10 days ago, parked in a campground near Disney World and went down to Sarasota to visit the Brooks Family and traveled to Crystal River to see the Wagners. Last night was great fun as we went to St. Augustine to surprise Kaye. As you can see by the expression on her face, we pulled it off 100%. The real treat was having her Mom and Dad (in their late 80's) attend the party all the way from Maryland. And if you have been watching the news, it seemed that coming that far in a snow storm may prove impossible. But a son-in-law and their daughter was determined to come. They borrowed a four wheel drive and somehow got them to the airport. The plane flew and they were with us to enjoy their daughter's 60th birthday. Mike didn't miss a step. He had pictures of Kaye through each decade as we walked in, M and M candies with her picture on them and the highlight of the evening was a video of her life. It was a beautiful party and we all had such a great time. I will include some more pictures on the next couple of blogs for your enjoyment.
